I liked the two-at-once technique I decided to start a little brother to my museum sock. He has only just been born so he is still quite small. This pattern is knitted on size 0 needles so it is slow going – especially in the black yarn. I like its basic blackness but it’s hard to see if you accidentally drop a stitch or make a mistake. The yarn also tends to be a little “splitty” which adds to the problem of picking up dropped stitches and correcting mistakes. I guess the only answer here is to not drop stitches or make mistakes. Simple – right???
In other news, the Madder Rib socks are in the home stretch – nearly ready to knit the toes – but I didn’t take time to photograph their progress. Will save the photo for the finished socks.
I do have to have a LOT of light to knit this but the sock is really going to look terrific. Assuming of course I do not go blind knitting it – LOL

I think I would have to sit outside in the bright sunshine to knit those!! I agree, black makes a nice looking sock!
