My ds wanted a pair of house socks to match his dad’s. Here they are – ready to add to the FO list for March!! He has worn them non-stop since I finished them – which is surprising since today’s high was 85. They’re knitted with cheap acrylic but at the rate he grows they won’t fit him at the end of the week so why waste the good stuff!
This is a photo of father and son modeling their house socks together. Father is the one with hairy legs.
Deets
Pattern – basic sock
Yarn – Red Heart Strata – crayon
Needles – Size 6 dpns
So-o-o adorable! How come I have never seen that Red Heart Strata in store???
I also have a Father & Son picture in my blog…

What a cute pic. You’re right about kids outgrowing socks right before your eyes.

Oh Those are too cute, the daddy and son! You are a wonderful knitter. I am just getting back in to knitting and have done some socks and things! I enjoy your blog very much. You can see my projects here, if interested http://scrubinandknit.blogspot.com/

LOL How wonderful to give them matching socks! I’m sure both the little and big guy are just tickled with their new socks. 🙂
